Green Magic Farms is incorporated with a vision of greening the land. Our Mission is to develop plantations on currently unused and barren lands and to ensure income from there. We aim to turn your dream of Owning and Operating a farm to a smart investment option to benefit at least three generations with all kinds of flexibilities.
Why Farming or Plantation
Plantation is one human activity which does not impact environment adversely be it causing pollution, depletion of resources and so on.
A human being breathes 9500 kg of Air in a year out of which 20% is Oxygen ie 1900 kg. One tree produces and releases 120 kg of Oxygen per year into the atmosphere. In other words, every human being needs 16 trees to meet the Oxygen requirements. Amongst trees, Neem Trees are one of the main contributors of Oxygen.
On the other side, a human being exhales 840 pounds ie 380 kg of Carbon Dioxide per year. A tree absorbs 25 kg of Carbon Dioxide per year ie we need 16 trees to take care of our Exhalation process alone. Both ways ie to provide for Oxygen and to sequestrate carbon we need 16 trees per person.

Currently, the produce selected is Malabar Neem (Melia Dubia) with intercropping of Lemon Grass. Our thrust areas currently are Thane and Palghar districts which are adjoining Mumbai, Maharashtra.
