The current produce selected is Malabar Neem (Melia Dubia) with intercropping of Lemon Grass. Our thrust area currently are Thane and Palghar districts which are adjoining Mumbai. The species selected is Malabar Neem (Melia Dubia) , the wood of which is used for making Ply wood, Pulp in paper industry, Making Wooden boxes, fire wood etc. The tree will mature in 8- 10 years weighing about 1500 kg and about 700 trees can be planted in one acre. This tree is very low maintenance and grows in just about any kind of land and climatic conditions. Once planted, the same tree regrows 5-6 times after every cutting. This gives a total life span of 50-60 years , which will cover sustained income for three generations. No wonder why it is called Modern Day Rubber Plantation with very low maintenance.

Tribal Employment
Though Government legislations have ensured that Tribal lands cannot be usurped by anyone, it does not ensure any livelihood or income, leaving them to poverty, hunger and malnutrition and forcing them to work as casual labourers. Our aim is to make them become Lemon Grass farmers using their land by providing them high quality Lemon Grass Slips and other inputs and assist in marketing. This will provide them ownership, dignity and decent income.
Plantation Development
Plain land is a non productive asset, unless it is put to use. We develop plantations on barren lands ans offer it on ownership. At the same time, to make it hassle free we offer to take care of farm management on behalf of owners.
